Use our secure on-line booking facility to check availability and make a booking for your required dates. Please note: The rate is for one night / one room, inclusive of breakfast. With the exception of packages and periods when two night minimum stays apply.  Before you book please read these Terms and Condition here on this web page.  

Secure Payment

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include local taxes (15% GST).

We make every effort to correctly display our prices on this website. However if a price is incorrect we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at the incorrect price.

Securing Your Booking:

No Credit Card or Eftpos facilities are available for 21 Hampton reservations.

To confirm your booking full payment must be transferred into bank account: ANZ 06 0193 0727993 06 / 21 Hampton at time of booking.

For International Guests: To confirm your booking full payment must be transferred into bank account: ANZ 06 0193 0727993 06 / Swift Code ANZBNZ22 /21 Hampton at time of booking.

For Bartercard: Reservations and Payments to be made directly with 21 Hampton.

Guest Registration:

Full name and contact details are required at the time of booking.

Your Privacy:

The information we collect from you is strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the addresses stored in our database to any third parties. We may disclose the personal information, other information or data we collect from you if:

a)     You give us your consent.

b)     You would reasonably expect us to disclose it for another purpose and that the other purpose is related to the purpose specified to you at the time of collection.

Email Policy:

We may send further emails to advise you of newly released exclusive offers, particularly limited offers or offers which we think may be of particular interest to you.

Under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, you must have consented to receiving commercial emails. Consent can be explicit, inferred or deemed. From newsletter registration or online bookings, or received correspondence, we infer that we have your consent to continue sending emails from time to time. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending us an email. Upon receipt of this advice we will remove your email address from the mailing list used by us for such offers.

Cancellation Policy:

All bookings will be instantly confirmed at the time of booking.
 
PLEASE NOTE: Full payment is due on confirmation of booking unless an agreement is arranged by the hosts..
 
A small bed and breakfast such as ours is clearly affected by cancellations and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy.  If you need to cancel a reservation lease notify us by telephone and confirm in writing.

In the event of a booking being cancelled we must apply the following charges:

  •  With cancellations made within 7 days or less 100% of booking
  • With cancellations made within 30 days arrival we will charge 25% of the booking cost.

If for any reason 21 Hampton is unable to accommodate you after your booking has been confirmed we will notify you immediately by email and a full repayment will be made.

Check-in/Arrival:

Guests may check in on the day of arrival after 2.30pm.  If an early check in is required please advise at time of booking. Complimentary refreshments will be served to guests on arrival.

Check-out/Departure:

Rooms are to be vacated by 11.00am on the day of your departure.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served daily to 9.30am unless agreed by prior arrangement.

No Smoking:

No smoking is permitted in any part of 21HAMPTON and we do adhere strictly to this policy.  A surcharge of $250 will be applied to room charges for anyone smoking within the house.

Families:

We do not have a family room at 21 HAMPTON, the accommodation is for one couple only.

Pets:

We regret we are unable to accept pets at 21 HAMPTON with the exception of guide dogs.

Loss or Damage:

Guests will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, loss or damage caused by them to 21 HAMPTON.   Guests must report any loss or damage to their own property immediately on discovery to the proprietors, and shall make themselves available to assist with any reports made by 21 HAMPTON to the police.

Guest Entry:

21 HAMPTON reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if, on arrival, we reasonably consider that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.  We reserve the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, or is behaving in an unacceptable manner.
